I dreamt you hurt your leg
or twisted your ankle and you were walking with the aid of metal crutches so please be careful of holes in the ground when walking your doggie, or things that you could trip over to cause you to fall.

Thank you Jazz for the insight. 
I do have a slight injury on my left leg hamstring from going hard on the leg curl machine at the gym, then trying too hard doing high kicks at a Taekwondo class, but I will be careful.
I don't think it helps going to the gym and doing a Taekwondo class at my age
but I don't let age hold me back

That is what I must have been shown its great that you are going to the gym and doing martial arts you are only a young fella yet lol my eldest grandson who is 30 now goes hard at the gym he used to do martial arts and now is wanting to take up boxing too he is super fit he is going to encourage my friend trev who just came over from west oz to go with the gym with him he is 56 years young.
